This weekend Bryan's mother made her very first visit to Kansas, along with his younger brother Matthew who came to visit about 4 years ago. Her visit was mainly to tackle phase 1 of our
challenged backyard. So, I picked all three of them up at the airport Wednesday afternoon and we started our projects later that evening. After many days of 100+ temperatures we managed to complete the tasks with some help from Bryan :)

Phase 2: Plant grass seed, plant more trees, and try to help our leaning tree.
